Debbie has been in the fitness industry since 1980, back when one wore leotards and leg warmers. She is certified through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and through MADD (Cycling Certification). She teaches Bootcamp and Step style classes, but her passion is teaching Cycling classes. She also has a full time job, where she has worked for 20 years and four boys and a wonderful husband who is supportive of her “passion for fitness”.

  • You will experience the thrill of riding next to your indoor cycling classmates, an upbeat music soundtrack, and the motivation of an instructor guiding you along every minute of your workout. Indoor cycling classes combine bursts of speed and incorporate sitting and standing intervals to give you a total body workout that helps to build cardiovascular endurance, strengthen your heart, improve your mood and stimulate your mind and body. And let’s not forget the calorie torching, fat-blasting results — all in as little as 45-60 minutes.
