I began practicing the art of yoga five years ago, when I started to realize the significance that stretching had on my body. Soon after I was introduced to different types of yogas such as Kundalini, Yin, Bikhram, Vinyasa Flow etc. Having the opportunity to travel around the world and learn more about the origins of these practices, led me to pursue my 200hr NACYT certification. I have now been teaching Hatha and Raja yoga for 3 years, which has given me the opportunity to work with students in geriatrics and prenatal yoga as well.
