Your workout will start with a dynamic warm-up targeting joint mobility that will increase your heart rate and have you ready for an intense workout. Your session will be circuit based with a focus on fat-loss by improving overall strength and endurance. Be ready to work with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, heavy medicine balls and much more! Your trainer will be there to demonstrate, explain, and even modify the workout should you need it!
