I have a B.S. & M.S. from Southern University A&M. I am also a U.S. Air Force Veteran. I received the Louisiana Police Officer's Physical Training Award. I am also a teacher, I was the recipient PISD New Teacher of the Year Award. I do Functional workouts for everyday situations and continuous mobility is my passion. Helping individuals achieve physical fitness goals and remaining educated on the lifestyle health benefits of physical training is true motivation for me.

Get ready for strength and conditioning at its best! Your workout will start with a dynamic warm-up targeting joint mobility that will increase your heart rate and have you ready for an intense workout. Your session will be circuit based with a focus on fat-loss by improving overall strength and endurance. Be ready to work with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, heavy medicine balls and much more! Your trainer will be there to demonstrate, explain, and even modify the workout should you need it!
