Ginger has a B.S. in Biomedical Science and a M.S. in Fitness and Human Performance. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is a Certified Instructor in Indoor Cycling, TRX and more.
Ginger, an athlete in high school and college, has an avid interest in the great outdoors which includes outdoor cycling, skiing, hiking, camping and bird watching. She has even gone scuba diving in a cave with sharks! She likes to keep her workouts fun, varied and challenging with upbeat music.She stays current in the latest evidence-based studies on health in fitness and shares pertinent information with participants in her classes.
