As a fitness professional, Tony has reached out to as many resources as possible to provide participants in his classes with the ability to challenge themselves today and reach new capabilities in the future. In addition to his Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Certifications, he has specializations in Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement; as well as qualifications in multiple Suspension Training Methods, P90X, Trigger Point Therapy, and Schwinn Indoor Cycling. Whether working one on one or in a group, he wants every person to leave each session knowing that he has asked for what challenges them and they have given all that they can.
