Billy

Billy received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Houston and has been a certified fitness professional for 20+ years. Active in sports as a teenager, his love for exercise and nutrition only grew stronger as he developed. Billy believes in the members and gives them confidence in believing in themselves. Mentoring others gives him a sense of accomplishment and he is dedicated to giving them his best at all times.


Billy instructs the following:
  • Pack Training
  • Get ready for strength and conditioning at its best! Your workout will start with a dynamic warm-up targeting joint mobility that will increase your heart rate and have you ready for an intense workout. Your session will be circuit based with a focus on fat-loss by improving overall strength and endurance. Be ready to work with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, heavy medicine balls and much more! Your trainer will be there to demonstrate, explain, and even modify the workout should you need it!
