Sharon has been a group fitness instructor for 30+ years and holds several Group Fitness Certifications. Her areas of expertise are Cycling, Step Aerobics, Bootcamp, Body Conditioning and Strength Training. She believes that leading a healthy lifestyle and making the gym a priority will greatly enhance one’s outlook on life and is an ideal outlet for daily ups and downs. Sharon is passionate about her role as a fitness instructor and encourages her participants to work to their maximum potential. Sharon sees the positive impact that fitness has on people’s lives every day and truly looks forward to teaching class. Bringing back the latest fitness “craze” from fitness conferences is especially enjoyable for her.

A combination class that incorporates cycling with another discipline such as pilates, kettlebells or TRX.
