Come learn about macro-nutrients (proteins, carbs, fat). Macro's are nutrients your body needs in large amounts as they provide your body the calories it needs to function. In this class you'll learn the different options available and the healthiest ones you should be consuming. You'll also learn how many macros you should be eating and how to "eye ball" the appropriate portions with out having to pull out a scale every time you eat.
